What is a private tour?A private tour provides a tailored and exclusive experience, with a dedicated tour guide for just you and your group. Unlike group tours, private tours let you explore at your own pace, focusing on the sites and activities that interest you most. Whether it's delving into a specific historical landmark, discovering hidden gems, or asking in-depth questions about London and its attractions, a private tour offers flexibility, privacy, and a more personalised experience.

What is a group Tour?A group tour provides an opportunity for individuals to experience London’s famous sights together. You’ll share the vehicle with other participants and be guided by an experienced professional. The tour follows a set itinerary, allowing you to ask questions and interact with the guide. This option is more affordable, as the cost is shared among all participants.

Will we have a private tour guide?For both private and group bookings, we offer a driver-guide. A driver-guide is a professional who serves as both the driver and the guide for your tour. They are knowledgeable about the destinations and can provide insightful commentary while driving you to various attractions. This means you can enjoy a comfortable, informative experience without the need for a separate guide and driver. Whether you're on a private or group tour, a driver-guide ensures a seamless and engaging journey.

How do we get to each sights?You will be transported to each tour sight in a vehicle, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey throughout the day. Our vehicle is designed for your comfort, providing a relaxing experience as we travel between attractions.

Will we get out of the vehicle to sightsee?For both private and group bookings, you will have the opportunity to get out of the vehicle and explore the sights up close. Our tours are designed to allow you to visit key attractions, walk through historical sites, and enjoy scenic spots at your own pace. Whether you're on a private tour or with a group, you can expect to leave the vehicle and fully experience the landmarks, all while being guided by a knowledgeable driver-guide.

Where are the pickup and drop-off locations?For group tours, pickup and drop-off will be at Aldgate. For private tours, pickup and drop-off can be arranged for an alternative location in advance, or they will take place at Aldgate.

What time does the tours start and end?For both group and private tours, pickup is at 8:45 am, with the tour starting promptly at 9:00 am. The tour will conclude with drop-off at 7:30 pm.

Are lunches and entry fees provided?Meals and entry fees are not included in the tours. You are welcome to enjoy lunch at the various restaurants available at the stops along the way. Alternatively, you may prefer a more flexible option, having lunch "on the go" while taking the opportunity to do some shopping or explore more sights at the stop.

Do you offer tours in other languages?We do offer tours in other languages using a language translation device. This allows us to provide a seamless experience for non-English speaking guests. Please inform us in advance if you require the tour in a different language.

Do you accept gratuity?We do accept gratuities for the tour guide. If you enjoyed your tour and would like to show appreciation, tips are always welcomed.

How to make bookings?Bookings can be made online or by phone and must be completed at least 48 hours before the tour date. Please note that for group bookings, a minimum of 2 people is required. If there are fewer than 2 participants 24 hours before the tour date, we will cancel the booking and provide a full refund.

Can I make a change to a confirmed booking?Changes can be made to a confirmed booking. Please be aware that administrative fees may apply, depending on how close the changes are made to the tour date.
